Fabric Collections

I am delighted to introduce you to my fabric collections - Attic, Journeyman and Asian Sojourn - all hand drawn by me in my Somerset studio and printed in England onto British-woven linen. From trailing prints and patterned seed heads, exotic birds and small-scale geometrics, my designs are striking and understated, characterised by a bold contemporary colour palette.

Inspired by the work of mediaeval craftmanship, my Journeyman collection is a celebration of the ruins and artifacts associated with Glastonbury Abbey, where I have spent many a summer's day with my children. Ranging from a striking leafy print thorugh intricate stripes to small scale geometric repeats and finally the travelling artisan on horseback, the fabrics are imbued with a bold colour palette, echoing the vibrant and earthy hues of the mediaeval period, together with a hint of quirky mid-century pattern.

Asian Sojourn

The Asian Sojourn collection draws upon the years I spent living in Asia. A time full of exotic inspiration and bright hues, intense heat coupled with torrential rain and the extreme contrast of manic metropolises and un-spoilt nature. You will find motifs of exotic plants and birds in hues reminiscent of the suns and seas of the Far East, contrasted with earthy tones and flower heads more commonly found in the UK.
